Sogdiana was born Oksana Nechitaylo and is of Ukrainian descent. She was born in Tashkent on February 17, 1984. She was on the Russian show “Fabrika Zvezb 6″ and was voted off. She is one of the most popular singers in Uzbekistan who is also famous in Russia. She also starred in the movie “Sogdiana” which was made in 2006.
